This is our “thank you” to you. Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.

You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on the loyalty page.

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

What do different point statuses mean?

• Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
• Pending: Your points are awaiting verification and are approved after the 28 day return period has passed. 
• Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.

When you go into a higher tier, you will earn more points for every £ you spend. The first tier starts at 5 points per £ you spend, and this goes up to 12 points per £ you spend at the highest tier! This is applied automatically from your first purchase in your new tier.

Your points balance will expire 12 months from your last purchase. If you want to keep your points, simply make a purchase and you will keep your points for another year. You will be notified of your points expiry 14 days prior to them being expired, via email
