Gift Receipts
We do not offer gift receipts, however with our returns process the receiver of your gift can click on 'Start a Gift Return' and following instructions on how to return order back to us. Please note that we will require the purchasers name or email in order to locate their original order.
We are happy to offer a credit note sent as a gift card on an email or an exchange for the same value or less. The balance of the exchange would also be sent on a gift card. Please note the gift card is valid for 12 months.
Gift Boxes
All our orders are wrapped in tissue with a branded sticker seal and our white shipping boxes are branded on the inside.
