Yes of course, as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them in. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page. If you’re returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps here to exchange your gift.
Please note that we will require the purchasers name or email in order to locate their original order.
We are happy to offer a credit note sent as a gift card on an email or an exchange for the same value or less. The balance of the exchange would also be sent on a gift card. Please note the gift card is valid for 12 months.
