How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to get back to us. You will be informed once your refund has been processed. Please note that a refund can take up to 2 working days to appear into your account.
Can I return my item bought from another store?
No. You cannot return any Cyberjammies items purchased from another store. Whether that be online or in store. If you wish to return your item or your item is faulty please return it to the same store you purchased it from within their returns policy
